Shipping Policy

SALON PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Verde Salon Seasons (1-469 Sterling Lyon Pkwy) or Verde Salon Bridgwater (220-400 North Town Road). After placing your order and selecting your pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 business days.

When your order is ready, we will send you an email detailing pickup times and instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 in Winnipeg (within the perimeter highway only). For orders under $75, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from Friday-Saturday weekly. We will email you when your order is fulfilled and ready to be delivered.

ACROSS CANADA

We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $20 (including PO boxes). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your order within the date range listed for your province, please contact us at orders@verdesalon.ca. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Manitoba: 2-7 Business Days

Saskatchewan: 3-7 Business Days

Alberta: 3-14 Business Days

British Columbia: 4-7 Business Days

Ontario: 4-14 Business Days

Quebec: 4-14 Business Days

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Verde Salon!

All products and accessories are eligible for return. You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to decide to return your product. 

As Verde At Home Colour Kits are custom-formulated for you, they are not eligible for returns unless items were damaged during shipping.

If you would like to return a product, simply email us at info@verdesalon.ca with your order number to receive your return authorization. We appreciate all items being returned in original packaging and condition. 

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please email info@verdesalon.ca as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as the item(s) have been received and processed.
