As Vice President at the Verde Salon Group, Colleen blends deep industry knowledge with strategic vision to drive transformative growth and innovation. Drawing on her background as a hairstylist, she brings a unique perspective to shaping client experiences and guiding business strategies. Through collaborative leadership and a commitment to excellence, she empowers the Verde team to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Chosen as one of eight original Colour Trainers for Eufora International, Colleen helped launch Eufora Color into various markets within Canada and the US while maintaining a full-time clientele behind the chair.
Continuing education has been a staple in Colleen’s career, so when she had the opportunity to take on an educator role at the Aveda Institute in Winnipeg, she jumped at the chance to work with another company that had values and a purpose in-line with her own. She’s passionate about making the largest difference in the lives of those around her while leaving a very small footprint on the planet, and she loves that Aveda products keep clients coming back for more!
Outside of the salon, Colleen loves new adventures, pampering her fur-babies, and generally jumping into new experiences whenever possible.
